Welcome to the Southern Bees Football Academy online registration platform. By completing and submitting this registration form, you agree to the following terms:
Registration Terms Age Group Placement: Players will be assigned to training squads based on their date of birth and selected age division: U7 & U11: Mixed Gender U13 & U15: Boys and Girls teams Southern Bees reserves the right to place players in the most appropriate squad based on age and skill level.
Training Schedule: The academy operates on a trimester basis:
Trimester 1: September – December
Trimester 2: January – March
Trimester 3: April – June
Fees & Payment: The training fee is $300EC / $115US per Trimester, payable in full before the start of each term. Full Season's payment is also accepted.
Registration Fee is non-refundable. Payments are non-refundable once a term begins unless the academy cancels programming.
Attendance & Commitment: Players are expected to attend sessions regularly and conduct themselves with respect on and off the field. Any prolonged absences should be communicated in advance.
Media Consent: By registering, you grant permission for Southern Bees Football Academy to use photographs or videos of your child for promotional and educational purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Privacy Policy Information Collection: We collect personal information such as player name, date of birth, medical info, guardian contact details, and payment preferences strictly for registration and internal academy use.
Data Usage: Your information will only be used to manage academy operations, communicate with you, assign players to the appropriate squad, and process payments. Data Protection: All personal data collected is securely stored and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
